1Introduction

Welcome to BOS 96, an online entertainment platform operating under a valid and regulated licence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and BOS 96 ("we", "us", or "the platform") governing your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by BOS 96.

By registering an account, using our services, or accessing any part of the bos 96 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all Terms set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use bos 96's services, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform
• Be a Malaysian citizen or a resident living in Malaysia
• Not prohibited by any applicable laws or local regulations from using services of this nature
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of any third party
• Have never previously held a bos 96 account that was closed or suspended for a breach of Terms
• Have no mental health conditions or addictions that impair your ability to make sound financial decisions

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) bos 96 account only. Holding more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances without compensation.

Upon registration, you are required to:

1. Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your actual date of birth
2. Setting a strong password and ensuring it is not shared with anyone
3. Confirming that all information provided is accurate and that you agree to these Terms
4. Agreeing to undergo the Know Your Customer (KYC) process when requested by bos 96

BOS 96 reserves the right to suspend or close any account whose registration details are found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. All funds in such accounts may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

4Deposits & Payments

Bos 96 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are local Malaysian digital options:

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. BOS 96 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected of originating from an illicit source will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

5Withdrawals

BOS 96 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. The following withdrawal conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for all methods
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the deposit, and must be in the same name as the BOS 96 account
• The KYC (identity verification) process must be completed before your first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding RM 1,000
• Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn
• BOS 96 reserves the right to request supporting documents (such as bank slips or screenshots) for large withdrawal amounts
• BOS 96 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days if an investigation is required

The standard processing time for withdrawals is between 1 to 15 minutes for e-wallets and 1 to 3 hours for bank transfers. Withdrawals requested on weekends and public holidays may take slightly longer to process.

6Bonus & Promotions

BOS 96 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Members are entitled to one welcome bonus only, for the lifetime of their account
• BOS 96 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through fraud or system exploitation
• Bonuses are non-transferable to other members
• Cashback is calculated on net losses only and excludes bonus funds
• Bos 96 reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms of any promotion without prior notice
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a serious violation

7Game Rules

All games offered by BOS 96 — including slots, live casino, football, the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, blackjack, e-sports, virtual sports, lottery, and progressive jackpots — are subject to their respective game-specific rules. The following general conditions apply to all games:

• The outcome of all slots and casino games is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) system that has been audited and certified by an independent body
• BOS 96 is not liable for any technical disruptions, internet disconnections, or hardware failures occurring during gameplay
• In the event of a dispute over game results, bos 96's server records shall be final and binding
• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled
• Bos 96 reserves the right to void any bet suspected of involving insider information or fraud
• Odds and payouts may change at any time before a bet is confirmed

8Member Conduct

As a BOS 96 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access or exploit the bos 96 platform
• Transferring funds between accounts to evade verification or tax obligations
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account
• Cheating, deceiving, or harassing other members or bos 96 staff
• Attempting to extort, threaten, or defame BOS 96 or its staff
• Publishing false reviews or misleading information about bos 96 on public platforms

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and legal action where necessary.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the bos 96 platform — including names, logos, designs, software, graphics, text, images, and other materials — is the exclusive property of bos 96 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any bos 96 content without written permission
• Using the bos 96 name or logo for commercial or personal purposes
• Creating websites or applications that imitate or resemble BOS 96
• Reverse engineering any bos 96 software or systems

10Limitation of Liability

Bos 96 provides its entertainment platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law:

• BOS 96 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
• BOS 96's total liability to any member is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim
• BOS 96 is not liable for any delay or failure to meet obligations caused by events beyond our control (force majeure), such as internet outages, natural disasters, or banking system failures

11Account Closure

Bos 96 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons, without limitation:

• Violation of any part of these Terms
• Detection of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Non-compliance with the KYC process or document requests
• Multiple account ownership
• Request by the relevant authorities
• At the member's own request

If an account is closed at the member's request or for reasons unrelated to fraud, any valid remaining balance will be refunded following the completion of the verification process within 5 to 10 business days.

12Responsible Gaming

Bos 96 takes our social responsibility seriously. We believe online entertainment should be fun and not cause stress or financial hardship to anyone. As part of our commitment:

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings page
• Services temporary self-exclusion (1 week to 6 months) available to all members, no questions asked
• Options permanent self-exclusion available and non-refundable
• Members showing signs of problem gambling will be proactively contacted by our support team
• Bos 96 does not permit the use of credit or loans to make deposits

13Amendments to Terms

BOS 96 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to members. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the official BOS 96 website. It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the bos 96 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your full acceptance of those changes. The most recent update date will always be displayed at the top of this document.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where bos 96 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to binding arbitration.

Members agree not to initiate any legal action against bos 96 until the internal dispute resolution process has been fully completed. All official communications between members and bos 96 must be conducted through the registered official email.
